# My personality quirks, expectations and what I value most

- I enjoy getting into dept of a topic which can sometimes mean working on just one thing for very long time with no results.
- I sometimes get excited by what's most exciting rather than what's urgent, so sometimes I might need a little nudge in the right direction.
- I like having freedom to try something and fail.
- I like to work in a focus mode in which I do not look at any notifications (I do have slack notifications on, in case anything urgent comes up, not happy about it :/)
- I tend to move on from one task to another before finishing it once the most interesting part is over.
