My job is primarily to build a strong team and lead it to&nbsp;create outstanding products.  
My team and I are&nbsp;success oriented. We focus on target goals, work hard to achieve it and get it done.  
I never forget to celebrate our success and recognize our achievements.  
As a team, we grow together, promote trust and help each other every day&nbsp;in an atmosphere and culture that keep everyone&nbsp;coming&nbsp;to work with a smile.

I drive best practices and software excellence activities to keep the code clean.

My role is to unleash my team members' potential to delight our customers with innovation.

# What do I value most?

I value honest people.

While challenging me makes me stronger, I prefer that you come up with your own&nbsp;solutions to your conflicts which will make you stronger.&nbsp;

I appreciate strong&nbsp;learning capabilities, great&nbsp;communication skills, and team spirit.  
  
I&nbsp;value brilliant engineering solutions along with&nbsp;high standards that lead to solid results.

# My Expectations

I expect you to love what you are doing, be passionate about software, but also an excellent collaborator.

Don't make excuses when you fail. Instead, tell me what you have&nbsp;learned.

**"Done"&nbsp;** means any customer can use it safely, effectively and robustly. no further testing is required.

I&nbsp;expect you to be professional. Always learn, investigate&nbsp;and improve. Use the necessary means to build a sustainable design. Respect other opinions and always test your code.

This is the time in a week you have my full attention and focus to&nbsp;discuss anything you want.  
Generally, I&nbsp;conduct the meetings in the following structure:

2. Talk about&nbsp;Team news,&nbsp;my&nbsp;vision, and status
3. Provide feedback about your recent activities

and you:

1. Share your&nbsp;feedback  
2. Suggest continuous improvement ideas
3. Raise your questions, concerns, opinions, open issues
