Once a month I have a 121 with everyone. No agenda, and we somehow always seem to fill the time.

# Personality quirks

I have a responsibility to you to make it so you don't even have to be concerned with my quirks, whatever they may be. I'll keep it simple and make it easy, you shouldn't need to work around me.

Show rather than tell - if people trust that I can do what I say I will, we'll be alright.
