# Hi There

I'm Collins and I am excited you are reading my readme! After reading this you should gain a better understanding of how I work and what you can expect from me. 

# My role

I'm the Sr Manager of Technical Project Management at CARS. We drive technical programs and projects across the organization. My team and I look for opportunities to improve the way we work. We are responsible for evaluating new technologies, planning projects for success, and ensuring key company initiatives are delivered on time and on budget. 

# What can you expect from me?

**Always open:** If you need help from me, just need to talk, or are looking for feedback, I want you to know I am here. My main goal is to set you up for success.

**Set Goals:** I am a goal driven person and I like my teams to be as well. I will work with each one of you to set up goals, and define what success looks like.

**Celebrate:** Hard work should be recognized. I will do my best to celebrate wins on the team.

**Jump in and help:** I am willing to get my hands dirty, so if a project or area needs extra attention I am willing to jump in and coach until we get things back on track. 

# Communication

Start with slack first, if we need a deeper conversation we can always jump on a call.

My goal is to meet with everyone on my team every week to understand how things are going, are we on track with our projects, and are there areas I can help you with? 

Since we are mostly remote and scattered throughout the country, we will most likely meet via zoom. However, if you are in the Chicagoland area, I am always up to have a lunch or grab a coffee.
