- Building a high-performing team that is passionate about devActivity and committed to its success.

- **Defining "Done"** : "Done" means that the task is fully completed, documented, tested, and ready for deployment or delivery. I expect a high level of quality and meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
- **Availability** : I am generally available during standard business hours and am responsive to communication through email, chat, or phone. I encourage open communication and accessibility, fostering a culture of responsiveness and transparency.

- **Frequency** : I aim to conduct one-on-one meetings with each team member weekly.
- **Leadership** : 1:1s should be a collaborative conversation where both team members and I share updates, discuss progress, identify challenges, and plan next steps.
- **Main Focus** : During 1:1s, we will prioritize:
  - Reviewing project progress, identifying roadblocks, and finding solutions.
  - Discussing individual goals, providing feedback, and creating action plans for professional growth.
  - Building rapport and strengthening communication, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

### Where to Focus in the First 90 Days

- **Onboarding** : Effective onboarding involves:
  - Introduction to team members and key project stakeholders.

  - Assigning initial tasks and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with individual strengths and interests.
  - Regular check-ins during the first 30 days to provide support and guidance.

- **Measuring Success** : In their first 30 days, new team members are expected to:

  - Become familiar with the devActivity tools and processes.
  - Successfully complete assigned tasks, demonstrating understanding of their responsibilities.
  - Actively participate in team meetings and contribute their insights and ideas.
