**Product/UX Designer at 7N**

# Motivation for this document

I would like others to understand my specific humor, lifestyle and work culture.

# My role

I am a Product/UX Designer. I am working with problems rather than software solutions. I measure success using the happiness of my coworkers, user satisfaction, and usability of implemented functions/products.

# What do I value most?

I believe in radical candor, being helpful and communicative. Everyone can learn new skills or correct mistakes in projects but it is hard to change the approach towards other people. And it gets harder the older we get.

# My Expectations

I expect people to choose interesting problems. Work has to be engaging, otherwise, you will be miserable and inefficient.

Most important for me is commitment and transparent communication about the progress. I hate when people lose motivation when problems become complicated.

If you want to meet - write a message or find me personally. There is no need to send email or set up a meeting. I expect the same from you. When you have too many meetings to find an hour during the day - something is wrong. You probably have too much on your plate.

I think a great solution needs a lot of trial and error. It is better to get through 30 iterations than work on 1 for a longer period of time.

# 1:1s

1on1 is an excellent moment for us to talk about problems, ideas, feelings. If there are no problems that we need to look into we will use this time to build a relationship. It will improve our daily work.

# Personality quirks

I like black humor and I laugh a lot. I tend to start pessimistic conversations about the future. Don't be afraid to tell me that you need some space or time to work.

# Where to focus on your first 90 days?

First - we need to develop trust and mutual understanding. Let's try to talk as much as we can so that we can quickly improve the transfer of information. Let's find out how we can distribute our skills so that we collaborate hyper efficiently in a great atmosphere. When we have that - then we can do anything!
