# What do I value most?

I truly value proactive communication,&nbsp;which means, you reaching out. I believe my job is&nbsp;to ensure you are fully equipped to work and deliver. I am the enabler.&nbsp;I like hopping on a quick call to resolve any doubts instead of typing away. I like regular facetime, I like visual communication, cameras on so I can stare into your eyes and read how your soul is feeling today :) I am intuitive, I will know how everyone's feeling on a day.&nbsp;

I do not usually have fights or conflicts with people around me. I know when to push you towards excellence and when to step back.&nbsp;

# My Expectations

I truly think having to follow on a task&nbsp;makes my job super low quality. I expect people to proactively come ahead and deliver the results before the deadline, or ask for help if they are stuck and delayed. An old school phone call is the best way to reach me, I will take barely a few minutes to resolve your challenge.&nbsp;

I am rarely one to penalize mistakes, I think if you are not making mistakes you are not working. I love people who can say "I made a mistake & I learnt"&nbsp;

I consider a&nbsp;task is done once it has resulted in impact it aimed to have. Reachouts are not done unless you have a response, agreements are not done unless signed, blogs are not done unless published. I consider all internal reviews including taking your supervisors approval as a part of your responsibilities. The worst words I've heard are "the approval did'nt come in"&nbsp;

I work long hours, post dinner hours,&nbsp;including some hours on&nbsp;most weekends, I believe that every one is working the standard hours, to get ahead, I have to do slightly more. I am afraid of being mediocre or falling in the average category. I do not expect team members to follow this pattern, please don't feel the pressure,&nbsp;this is for my own ambition.&nbsp;

# 1:1s

1:1s are a really nice time for us to build a deeper relationship, I get deeply invested in your success should you work with me, I use this time to strategise your career, help you achieve your life goals.&nbsp;

# Personality quirks

I can be quite candid and casual in my interactions, I like making sure every word I share should be valuable to you, the last time I would want is for some one to have a meaningless conversation with me.

I am loud with praise and equally open about sharing negative feedback, which can be hurtful to some.&nbsp;

# Where to focus on your first 90 days?

Learn as much as you can in the first 90 days, I expect people to not just understand the depths of their scope of work but the whole company's helicopter view.&nbsp;
