**[IMPORTANT]** My methods of measurement are following Gilb Measurability Principle: “_anything you need to quantify can be measured in some way that is superior to NOT measuring it at all_.”
It means that measurement does not have to be perfect or even very precise, as long as your intent is to get a quantitative handle on something that was previously purely qualitative.
The important thing is to take that first step toward quantifying and improve it over time.

- MS Teams
 - For quick answers go with MS Teams

# 1-2-1s

- Length, frequency, format, and content is up to you
- They are dedicated space for you to talk about anything and everything you wan
- Please come prepared
- If you feel we need to talk let us talk. Approach me. Anytime.

# Feedback

- I will give feedback & I expect to receive feedback
- If I have feedback to give you I’ll provide it as soon as possible

# Personal quirks

- I am an introvert and that means that prolonged exposure to humans is exhausting for me. Meetings with three of us are perfect, three to eight are ok, and more than eight you will find that I am strangely quiet. Do not confuse my quiet with a lack of engagement.
- I need some time to memorize people faces
- When I am not paying attention to the keyboard I am making a lot of typos
- Sometimes (especially when I am in the flow) I may move so fast that not everyone may pick it up. Please slow me down when yo usee that it is happening.

# My interests

- Memes
- Psychology (people are crazy creatures)
- Philosophy (stoicism)
- Parenting (kids are amazing)
- Stuff related to building and maintaining the house (DIY)
