\* Particular about a certain set of rules, like my day planned out. I like to have a clear to-do list. I appreciate a structure and a flow to things. I like being organised. Gives me a sense of accomplishment at the end of day.

\* I am often too hard on myself  and question my abilities.

 \* Very open to feedback and like getting things perfect.

\* Very comfortable discussing solutions and helping out someone if they need help. I will probably explain very extensively until you completely understand it. Empathetic towards the ones around me and helpful when someone needs me.

\* Comfortable in a group setting. But prefer my own space when I am working on specific tasks.

\* I enjoy the creative tasks and love brainstorming new ideas, I am inquisitive and love to grasp new topics. I will be the first to ask a question if I don't understand something even if it makes me sound a little silly.

\* Completely avoid conflict and don't like to get involved in anything controversial.
