I should accept my mistake rather then giving excuses. Before someone realises my mistake to me . 

It should be when the given task is fully completed neither partially

Anytime on calls and chat

 I like to be friendly while working. 

I complete my task lazily that leads to a bad personality 

I get happy when someone appreciates my work and efforts.

I get nervous when someone point out my mistakes.
