# **1:1s - What is this meeting?**

One-on-ones (1o1s) are regular meetings that give us an opportunity to speak privately. At a minimum we will meet once per year. This is a meeting for you and you should to set the agenda but I can provide a framework.

I will meet with my direct reports on a weekly basis. The meetings will only be 15-30 minutes long in most cases but we can extend if needed. I like to track your current happiness and any achievements or problems you may be having. I also like suggestions for becoming a better leader.
