# What do I value most?

I strongly believe in a 8-4pm work day and taking the last few hours&nbsp;to reflect and organise&nbsp;whatever has been achieved + prepare for the next day. Quiet time.&nbsp;

Before I am contacted for assistance, one should think about whether all channels of problem solving have been exhausted or not.&nbsp;

Strongly believe in structured meetings - especially to wrap up&nbsp;urgent tasks but not 1 hour before the deadline.&nbsp;

Keep it simple. Communication should be fact based and logical, I try maintaining that as best as I can.&nbsp;

Honesty is not rude. Feedback can come in all shapes and forms, but one thing it should always be is honest and everyone who is working toward a shared goal should not shy away from giving and receiving it. Efficiency can be severely hampered with if appeasement is prioritised over achievement.&nbsp;
